If you registered your email address and still are not receiving emails, it's probably because there is one last step to do. When you registered, and if you were new to nicolaconnollybyrne.com, then you would have received an automatic email which asked you to confirm your subscription. Take a look in your inbox and Junk/Spam folders for the email and click on the link inside it.

Yes please! You need to make sure that you have double opted in through your email. (MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM). Otherwise you will not be able to fully participate correctly in the challenge

Once you register for the Challenge you will be brought to a webpage with a yellow button inviting you to join the Challenge Facebook Group. The link will also be in your confirmation email. If you have been unable to use these links please email [email protected] and we will share the link with you, no bother. 

The Challenge will run for 5 days from Monday 20th September until Friday 24th September. 

The Challenge is designed to be as flexible as possible for you. There are no specific start and end times but it will be good to know the following...

You will receive the daily challenge by email at 10am each day. 

Not to be missed! - Nicola will be Live in the Facebook Group at 12pm each day to talk about the Challenge and answer any questions that you have about it. 

We absolutely encourage you to attend Live if you can each day at 12pm, especially if you have a question for Nicola. However, life happens, and it's absolutely ok if you cannot make it Live every day. The video of the Live will be in the Facebook Group afterwards and you can replay it whenever you are free. 

When you sign up for the Challenge with your email address, we need to be sure that you are giving us permission to add you to our mailing list. There is a question to answer in the sign up and then, as a double check, if you are new to Nicola's list, you will receive an automated email asking you to confirm your subscription.
